Kapitolyo in Pasig not far from the Mandaluyong boundary. From what I heard, it is now becoming the next hangout destination in the area. But in a residential area, you won't imagine that there is another option for a hangout.
I find the food there unique because of the presentation but it is also nothing new. It has influences from Spanish dishes. You can choose from their rice meals, pasta or sandwiches. Whatever you choose, I guarantee it's a gastronomic and heavy meal experience.

For their drinks, you have the choice of house blend tea, dalandan and green tea/lychee which is my recommendation. Even though it has a small capacity, the atmosphere is looks cozy and you got to appreciate the art presented in the interior.
