GSM Blueniversity

GSM Blueniversity is not what you expect from a traditional schooling. I was able to attend a blogger's event for GSM Blue. We had a crash course on mixing drinks starting with the history of GSM, different products and cocktails drinks and mixes all in one night plus a demonstration of flair bartending. Three bloggers were selected to try out if they learn something from mixing and create their own original mix and were evaluated by the experts. There were also fun and games and of course, there were also unlimited booze. What I never thought that I will also be given a certificate of GSM Blueniversity like finishing a course.

GSM Blue's aim to encourage students taking up Hotel and Restaurant Management to focus more on mixing drinks and flairing so they can have more exposure to this specific skills. Mixing drinks and flairing reminds me of the movies, Cocktails and Coyote Ugly. These movies haven't called juggling bottles flairing yet but they were already mastered the skill.

Green Lantern Donuts by Krispy Kreme

During the Green Lantern advance screening, I was able to try the Krispy Kreme's limited edition donuts inspired by the Green Lantern movie. Krispy Kreme was able to make limited edition donuts since I watched Green Hornet as I recall. As long as there's a green theme, Krispy Kreme may happen to make another limited edition. My impression of the GL donut is not I find yummy looking but since there are branded chocolate flavor with it, it was just as good.
