Domino's Pizza Is Giving Away Free Pizza Every Month

I attended the launch for the return of Domino’s Pizza in the Philippines last February 10, 2011. Domino’s Pizza reopened with new management. Going back to present time, Domino’s Pizza is giving away pizza slices for a limited time.

Allow me to tell you how to get a free pizza slice.
Every last Friday of the month, Domino’s will give away stubs at designated branches over the Greater Metro Manila area for the free pizza slice. You may get these stubs along the streets where the specified branch is located or just in front of the outlet itself.
First customers to receive the free pizza
You will bring that stub for that designated time and claim the free pizza without the obligation to purchase. The purpose of this is to make Domino’s Pizza visible to the masses. I got to experience the the first day of free pizza last March 28. Hawaiian Pizza may be not my first choice for pizza topping but it’s not everyday you get a free pizza.
The following Domino’s Pizza branches you can avail of the free pizza stubs are:
*Marvin Plaza, Pasong Tamo, Makati
*El Molito,Alabang-Zapote Road, Muntinlupa City
*SM Las Piňas, Zapote Road, Alabang
*A. Venue, Makati ave, Makati
*SM Sucat, Sucat Lopez, Sucat Rd., Paraňaque
*SM Molino, Bacoor, Cavite

GREAT NEWS FOR PINOY PIZZA LOVERS: DOMINO’S PIZZA IS NOW DELIVERiiing!

Each day, more than 1 million customers enjoy hot, delicious Domino’s Pizza products on every inhabited continent on Earth. It is no wonder that Domino’s Pizza is the recognized world leader in pizza delivery.

Domino’s exists to fulfill a basic need for its customers – to provide a high quality, freshly prepared, hot meal delivered on time, every time. The company pioneered the pizza delivery business, and its total system sells more than 400 million pizzas worldwide every year. There are more than 9,000 Domino’s Pizza stores in more than 65 countries, employing over 175,000 team members, and involving over 2,000 franchisees.

The great news for Pinoy Pizza lovers is that Domino’s Pizza has arrived HOT and FRESH in THE PHILIPPINES!
Tong Hong, CEO of Domino's Pizza Phils.

“Domino’s is all set to take the local pizza industry by storm,” enthused Tong Hong, the President and CEO of Domino’s in the Philippines. “Pizza is a US$35 billion per year industry, and Filipinos are well-known pizza lovers. Precisely because it is such a good fit, our company is confident that we will be able to fully develop and expand in this market at a very good pace,” he added.

Hong’s observation appears to be spot-on, as the company’s flagship store in Marvin Plaza, Pasong Tamo has exceeded all their initial sales targets. This has further encouraged them to fast track the opening of the second Domino’s branch in Silver City, Frontera Drive (Tiendesitas) along Julia Vargas Avenue. “Originally, the plan was to open eight stores in Metro Manila by the end of the year,” Hong explained. “Because of the amazing performance of our Marvin Plaza branch, however, we may have to reconsider this,” he added.

In overseas markets, Domino’s is best known by their 30-minute guarantee, which offers customers a money-back assurance if their orders are not delivered to their doorstep within half an hour. To this end, Domino’s Philippines has invested heavily in its delivery infrastructure in order to fulfill the same promise. This includes a full scale, logistics management software called PULSE™, which is specially designed and exclusively used by Domino’s Pizza. “Pizza delivery is a passion for us – it’s both art and science,” Hong affirmed. “From the time our phone rings and the order is placed, to the moment our delivery rider arrives safely at your door, each step is synchronized with thorough precision,” he further pointed out.

Indeed, this passion for Pizza delivery is exemplified through the innovations that Domino’s has introduced to its industry. Over the years, the company has invented – or been the first to use – most of the equipment and systems that are now considered trade standards. These include the fiberglass case, the corrugated pizza box, the 3-D car-top sign used in delivery vehicles, and of course, its patented Domino’s Heatwave™ delivery bags, which quite literally acts as a portable oven to bring piping hot pizza to your door.

“Remember, the 30-minute delivery time is only the first part of the guarantee,” Hong emphasized with respect to the Heatwave™ bag. “The pizzas must also arrive hot and fresh. Our special delivery bags use a technology that creates a portable oven, minimizing heat loss during during transit,” he explained. “The outer material of the bag is made with water-repellent nylon, and the interior is lined with a cutting edge material called Thinsulate, which eliminates moisture and maintains that fresh-from-the-oven taste,” he further said.
At present, the Domino’s menu offers nine flavors of pizza, including bestsellers like the Domino’s Deluxe, Potato Pizza, Extravaganza, Shrimpus, and Hola Spain. Aside from pizza, Domino’s also carries Buffalo Chicken Wings, Meaty Bolognese, Creamy Alfredo Spaghetti, Cheesy Bread, Garden Salad and Chocolate Lava Cake []

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Domino’s Pizza Philippines recently held its formal ribbon-cutting ceremony (at the Marvin Plaza branch), led by Makati Mayor Junjun Binay, Agricultural Counselor of the US Department of Agriculture, Embassy of the United States of America Philip Shull, award-winning actress and multimedia celebrity Kris Aquino, and award-winning actor and director Albert Martinez.

This activity was simulcast live via web-streaming to members of the media and other guests waiting at Strumms restaurant in Jupiter Street, Makati City. To underscore the Domino’s 30-minute guarantee, Mayor Binay ordered 30 large pizzas from Marvin Plaza, to be delivered to the gathering at Strumms. A large digital timer then began counting down, while the eager guests witnessed their pizzas actually being made.

The pizzas arrived exactly 23 minutes later, much to the delight of the crowd. Television host Sam Oh then led a short program, underscored by key messages delivered by the following luminaries:

·         Mr. Tong Hong, President and CEO of Domino’s Pizza Philippines
·         Mr. Steven Pizziol, Domino’s International Vice President for the Asia Pacific Region
·         Mr. Kenny Oh, owner of Domino’s Pizza Korea and one of the partners of Domino’s Pizza Philippines

Also present during the event were the top management of Goldilocks Bakeshop, Inc., which is the local retail partner of Domino’s in the Philippines. These included Finance Director Richard Yee, Marketing Director Pinky Yee, and Store Operations Director Franklin Go.

Domino's Pizza Press Launch

Pizza parlors is one of the American culture that I like. An American pizza is really bigger than the average pizza and I only see it at Domino's and I am glad that Domino's is back again in the Philippines. Last February 10 in Makati, Dominos' had a press launch.

Not only that they already opened along Pasong Tamo, the event also introduced the people responsible for bringing Domino's Pizza back in the Philippines.

Domino's guarantee that they deliver pizza within 30 minutes and fresh from the oven with their thermal delivery bags or your pizza's free.We even had a pizza delivery treat courtesy of Makati Mayor Junjun Binay. I even took home some leftover slices and my sister didn't wait for it to be reheated because it was really that good. You can also check out their outlet in Tiendesitas along Julio Vargas. Event was hosted by Sam Oh.
